Resonance Detector and Rapid Tester
Detects a magnetic resonant receiver placed on the test platform inside the RF Helmholtz coil. It uses a VNA to detect the presence of a resonance within a pre-defined frequency range. Upon finding a resonance, the apparatus will report the resonant frequency, resonant quality factor, and the dipole volume, which characterizes the coupling strength to the surrounding magnetic field. Needle probes are included which can provide a DC bias to nonlinear components on the receiver.
